Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd are back together again after a week or so of engagements that had them in separate cities. The two were together on the red carpet at the Australians in Film Awards Benefit Dinner Wednesday night, and the shots are sizzling. Cozycot has the photos from the event, with several of Maks and Peta together.

Maks recently told OK! Magazine he is ready to be a dad. He said, “For the longest time, I’ve wanted kids, but you have to have the right setup, right?” Of course his romance with fellow “Dancing With the Stars” pro Peta Murgatroyd is still relatively new, so only time will tell whether this is the right match that will eventually lead to kids. Maks says, “I look for someone whose upbringing was somewhat similar to mine because they can understand me – love for the family, and everything else.” He adds, “I look for someone who’s fun, who wants to work, who has goals and who’s going towards the goals but is not all about career.”
Fans know that Maks is very close to his family, so any lady who is going to stick around will surely need their stamp of approval. Will Peta get to that point with them? Fans don’t know yet, but so far the romance seems to be going well. From the sounds of it, Maksim Chmerkovskiy has certainly given a lot of thought to having a family and it sounds like he’d definitely edging toward being ready.
